Counselling is a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space to discover yourself and how it feels to be you. Personal therapy enables you to make the positive changes you want to make.

Talking therapy invites you to explore negative thought patterns and feelings and then identify the effects they have on your behaviours and moods. Becoming more aware gives you the opportunity to make positive changes so you don't keep repeating the same negative patterns that are causing you distress. As a counsellor, I will not give advice or tell you what to do, but I can help you discover what fits you.

The weekly session will explore whatever you bring or feels important to you on the day. The session is your uninterrupted time to focus on you, your feelings and what matters to you in a caring and respectful way. Over time as the relationship grows and trust build you may feel able to look at deeper issues, explore worries and face anxieties. The sessions will go at a pace that suits you. Open-ended therapy lasts as long as you wish to continue which may be just for weeks or maybe months or years depending on what is working for you.

I believe counselling can help you become the person you want to be by discovering your true self inside and uncovering your inner potential leading to a life you are more comfortable with. Your life spontaneously changes when you become what you are rather than what you think you are or what you're trying to be.
